Andy's Butchers in Broseley approached CCUK with a view to installing a brand new Commercial Kitchen that supplements their new restaurant which focus's on local produce and excellent quality meats.
The CCUK team was led by Phil who marshalled his considerable catering experience to meet the requirements of the client while balancing other issues such as timings, costs and available space. Under Phil's guidance the CCUK design team drew up a number of options and the final plan was approved.
The finished project now boasts a Blue Seal cooking line, complete with range cooker, fryers and a Synergy Grill as well as bespoke stainless steel wall benches, sink units and food preparation areas. Phil placed particular emphasis on incorporating modern hygiene standards in order to ensure food safety.
